Starting in a small workshop in 1994, Atlantic Custom Woodcraft was forged. Trevor and Jim Haughey had a vision to carry on the family’s long history in woodwork. Custom home entertainment centers and small store fixtures gave them a humble beginning. Jim had the wood working know-how and Trevor brought the business acumen and a insatiable drive to succeed. Soon commercial opportunities came their way to build for start-up retail customers and to work with quality interior decorators on high-end custom residential projects. A bigger manufacturing facility was needed and found in Tarpon Springs, Florida where the father and son team grew and added talented employees- a few of whom are still with the company today! After over a decade, Jim stepped down to enjoy retirement and Trevor took the company to new levels of success and growth. All along, the mission and underlying principles have remained the same: Honor God, Work Hard. Give Back. Repeat. Now, with dozens of employees and hundreds of completed quality projects in the books, Atlantic continues to be a leader in true architectural and custom millwork. The future looks bright and the team at Atlantic is poised to meet the demands and challenges in our unique field of manufacturing! Cheers to 30 years!
