ShaNae Pence has been with the company for 10 years and in that time, she has worked her way up from laminating to estimating and now to the newly created position of General Manager. Over the next year she will be training with Trevor, Atlantic’s President to expand her responsibilities to include overseeing day-to-day business activities. Trevor says, “ShaNae has the people skills, organization and drive to excel in this new position.”
