We promote safety as a team effort and encourage active participation at every level. Our commitment includes:

  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly safety meetings

  • Ongoing safety training for all employees

  • OSHA 30-certified project managers on every job

  • Membership in the National Safety Council

  • A current EMR (Experience Modification Rate) of 0.93, reflecting our strong safety track record
